Great location, apartment very nicely decorated and well equipped including items for the dog

The location right in the centre of town. Easy to walk to shops, cafés, the cathedral. Good café for breakfast directly opposite the flat. The flat was light, nicely furnished, quiet. It had everything we needed for a short stay. Helpful info from owner.

We visited in February and found the heating wasn't adequate for a really comfortable stay. Only one radiator in the main room, plus an extra small mobile radiator - but it wasn't quite enough. It would be even easier to find the flats (on a dark evening) if you said they are above the Seasalt shop!

Everything you need in a great location! Extremely well thought through and comfortable with gorgeous little touches like the flowers in the hallway !

Delicious brownies , fresh milk , up to date magazines to browse through ! Good central location Excellent communication from owner ,

It was easy to get in and out of the property. Perfect location. Very comfortable and great appliances in the property

The church bells are quite loud and wasn’t expecting them

The decor is nice and modern, comfy beds and the apartment was cosy. Easy access and hosts were nice. Location is good, right in the centre of everything.

The apartment smelled like drains which really wasn’t very pleasant. Also the apartment we were given was not the one advertised on the listing. The listings need to have the photos changed so the options match the pictures. The shower was a bit weak and water didn’t get hot enough either which again wasn’t very pleasant.

As a self-catering apartment, the kitchen was well equipped. The air-fryer is handy as was the milk warmer/frother. Well decorated throughout and nice big shower room. Needs a couple of bedside cabinets to store underwear/small items or a small chest of drawers in the big wardrobe. The location was very good, although the first morning woken up by a noisy delivery van very early. Very close to a great bakery/coffee bar Hoxton Bakery!

Very confusing regards parking in Northgate car park. Signage for season ticket holders ambiguous, asked a number of local people and the toilet attendant and they said they didn't know or agreed the council sign was confusing and unclear for most people. This problem really needs to be sorted out with the council as it's a worry throughout your stay that you might get a ticket.

Good location, all mode cons

Plug in bathroom sink didnt work Had to log in on itvx, etc which should be logged in permanently Parking was an issue, not very clear on where to park so took a chance that we didnt get a ticket. Should just put park anywhere in car park instead of confusing directions of park to left of sign in season ticket holders when not sign posted. Air fryer hadnt been cleaned had crumbs in the bottom of both sides. Not sure why there is only one comfortable arm chair when there are two guests as wooden chair not comfortable to sit in for an evening. Low water pressure needs pump

Apartment was up to date and very comfortable. Right in the heart of Chichester and all the hustle and bustle.

The stairs - don’t bring heavy bags.
