I thought the location was fantastic and the views over the ocean were great

The property was a little tired in places. A few things were broken, a few things were stained with a little bit of maintenance it would make it exceptional.

Die Ausstattung (App. #145) benötigt Reparaturen (Teppiche mit deutlichen Flecken, Kabelkanäle offen/nicht schliessbar, nicht vorhandene Jalousien) App. #145 hat keine Klimaanlage, obwohl in der Beschreibung aufgeführt

We enjoyed the location, the security and safety of the area. The rooms were really great, great facilities and view! We had lots of space to put luggage and convenience of waging machine, etc.

When we arrived the apartment was not the cleanest in areas, cigarettes on the balcony, some dishes and general cleanliness. Things like bin bags, dish washing tablets, tea towels and the basics would have been appreciated.

Unlike the photo's on the site, it was the 4th floor. Nice views and somewhat panoramic. The size of the property. The additional TV channels and where people had logged in to various TV options, and left it for others to log in to. It was quiet enough. Spacious. Good heating in all rooms. Nice helpful people.

The shower overflowed and wet the floor. There is a moth infestation, I have photo's of probably 100 in the front room where they're attracted to the light at the big windows, curtains in the bedrooms were a bit eaten to. Had to ask for a microwave and scissors. No place matts for table. Going by the photo's available I thought it would be higher up with better views. Only one TV in the front room. Only mirrors in the bathroom. The towels were very rough. No can opener, so I bought one.

Location was great Views were great Staff who greet you were very nice Comfortable beds

To be classed as a luxury apartment, it needs some attention . Lots of bad stains on both bedroom carpets (daughter would only walk on them in slippers) , splash back in kitchen is all cracked, curtains in bedroom with en-suite has a bad watermark along all along the curtain at the bottom, looks terrible. Warmed up too much once sun rose and no option of giving shade in the lounge so was very warm

We got a room upgrade for free!! The hosts were amazing and met us on arrival. We had a HUGE apartment with an extra bedroom and extra bathroom with a bath!! The beds were huge and SOOOO comfortable! Perfect location on the quay with the BEST view of the harbour and the Spinnaker Tower and sunsets. We stayed to have dinner in the apartment most nights as the view was so good. Easy access to restaurants and gorgeous shops just down below the building. We wished we could have stayed longer. Great value for money and actually one of the highlights of our 7 week stay in the UK. Thank you so much!

Few things needed fixing like the door to our bedroom (hosts aware and made us aware, so no issue) cracked splashback over stove, hinge off on one of the kitchen cupboards and a bulb blown over the stove.

Astonishing apartment; with a great location and amazing host
