Great location, easy walk to city centre, transport etc. quite spacious but still cosy. Well equipped with cooking facilities and utensils. Excellent place for an extended stay in Hull.

There were cobwebs in the room ceiling hanging down . And turning on the heating system is such a mission and it goes off after a while.

"Not good during the winter."

The location. Very close to everything, shops, the train station. very quite and safe. checking in and checking out was very easy.

The heaters did not serve as the weather was very cold. The toilet heater did not turn up at all. Heaters were regulated to time, so would not come up if not time. Adjusting the heaters was not friendly.

Very convenient location, clean , facilities all work, no loud noises, smells lovely in the apartment! The actual appartment was good amount of space, nice decor and overall very comfortable. There is a fan available for when it gets too warm.

Gets very warm, however there is a fan on the property!
