In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note that the checkout time is 10:00. The guest making the booking must provide matching payment details and identification; otherwise, we may not be able to process the booking. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person’s ID and credit card before 12 p.m. on the day of arrival. Guests are required to complete and submit an online registration form with an attached copy of their government-issued photo identification, a photo holding their ID, and the card used for the reservation before 12 p.m. on the day of arrival.
