Cosy space and well equipped

Took a little time to get the temperature comfortable but stayed snug when I worked it out

Brilliant location and a very comfortable bed. The room was thoughtfully laid out and well provisioned with nice touches which made staying there easy and relaxing. The hosts struck a great balance between a friendly welcome and giving space.

My phone did struggle a little with the wifi connection.

Very cosy,comfortable and compact.Ideal for a weekend get away. Within walking distance to two local pubs and a short drive to Dulwich and Walberswick. Would highly recommend.

There was nothing we didn't like with the property. Just a tip if you walk to the pub in the evening take a torch as there are no street lights and it's pitch black

The Apple Loft is a cleverly converted space above a garage building in the owners' beautiful garden in the pretty village of Westleton, ideal for a short break close to the scenic Suffolk Coast. Kitchen facilities are limited for lack of space, so it would be challenging to do full self-catering, but there are plenty of places to eat in nearby towns and villages. There is actually a toaster as well as the kettle, microwave and fridge. The lighting, heating and wifi were all good, and the bed is comfortable.

The building has a number of limitations - so long as you are aware of them before you decide to book, you will be fine. The only access to the loft is by climbing a steep external staircase, so this is clearly not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. The shower needs careful handling! The shower door is not full height, so you need to lower the shower head so it doesn't spray water all over the bathroom floor. The water heater does not have the capacity to deliver two showers straight after each other - one of you will have to wait a little while. You will have to do any washing up in the wash basin in the bathroom. Beware the sloping ceiling if you are tall!
