Stunning 2 Bed Merchant City Apartment with Residents Parking (Bell 2)

Amazing area and close to clubs and 10 minutes walk to get to the train station

Stairs going to the flat as per the lift was broken The hot water in the shower was complicated No basic condiment (salt, pepper, sugar, paper toilet)

Easy access clean and tidy

Quite no noise excellent appliances and comfortable

Location was perfect. The apartment we booked was unavailable due to an issue with hot water/heating so we were given an alternative accommodation.

Unfortunately the shower head was broken in the main bathroom meaning me & my friend had to share a shower in the on suite. We did contact the people who looked after the apartment but they were unable to fit a replacement the time we were there. A bit disappointed they couldn't resolve the issue.

Location was good

Overall apartment was worn an dated, heating not working, this was the second apartment offered due to heating issues, was offered £50 compensation however personally it should have been a night stay as over 2 days we couldn’t use the entire apartment due to heating issues. Picking up and dropping off the key is a nightmare as well.

Room was ok, location was good but building maintenance was very poor, we were stuck in the lift for over an hour and service was terrible

We had to change apartment as original apartment had a water heater problem so we were moved from a 2 BR to a 1 BR, then when checking in no information was given for the apartment so we could not get access the first night and had to book an alternative hotel!! Also no information on parking until day 2!! When we did get in we got stuck in the lift for over an hour with poor help from maintenance team!! All in all a very bad experience

The property was quite central and comfortable. The loft to our block was not working and had to use the next block with was inter connecting. We soon got used to that. The landlords were helpful and ready to answer any of our queries. I was soon able to understand how the heating etc works. The apartment was quite spacious and the basic beddings etc in place. Generally a good stay. Will surely book it again when next in Glasgow.

I wish there was some tea/coffee sachets and creamer there for the first few times as we get used to the place and acquire our own.

Broken lift and our apartment was on 4th floor. Would be good to have a welcome book with instructions for WIFI, TV, appliances. Took 2 days to get 2nd set of keys
