Apartment was very well eqipped with excellent location

We had problems accessing information on how to get into apartment. We managed to buzz other guests to come to front door who gave us contact details for owner who gave us access details. Booking.com did not give us access details until rhe morning we were due to leave. Very disappointed with Booking.com on this occasion.
