"Comfortable and good value for money."

Proximity to town. Well equipped for self catering. Stock of basic larder also v helpful.

Bed / mattress too soft. Prefer firm mattress for back , maybe just a personal preference.

Very clean and beautifully decorated. 5 minutes walk to centre of town.

Not really didn’t like but the couch could have been a bit more comfortable. Was fine for a couple of nights, not that big an issue. Owners did ask for any points to help them improve so this is the reason for the comment.
