Uncomfortable beds, poor quality fixtures such as bath quality. Air con unit in bedroom didn’t work.

Spotlessly clean, decor is well done, everything you need on your doorstep

Could use a dust mop for tiled floors

The bed was so comfy, the style was beautiful. The property was in the perfect location to where we wanted to visit.

A lot of lightbulbs were blown and or blinking. The kettle was full of limescale.the bathroom shower only half worked and was covered in limescale. The toilet bowl is so small that my partners anatomy was resting in the bowl 🙈. We thought the luxury of having air conditioning was going to be bliss - we sat in bed and turned it on - instantly the whole bedroom filled with the smell of mouldy damp dogs - it was sickening. I’m assuming it hasn’t been cleaned and god knows how long. There were air fresheners spotted around and one plugged into the socket of the wall but they were all empty. There were no cushions outside on the patio area and the seats weren’t comfortable enough to sit out there without anything. I messaged a few times and had no response, which is a shame. The guest book was full and people were overlapping messages in the book. The coffee in the caddy was rock hard and stuck together. I just felt very underwhelmed and I was really looking forward to a two night stay there. I feel like no love has been given to the guests and the property for a while. Maybe put some passion back into what it appeared you once loved but for us it was a let down - such a shame.
