Host & Stay - Princess Place Townhouse

The studio flat was clean and tidy but lacked a cooker, there were only table chairs to sit on or the bed, it was prohibited to sit in the garden as it was not a shared garden and pets weren't allowed also on it .

As above , plus the wardrobe door stuck on the carpet.

Good location, parked on doorstep, close to town.

The T V would not tune in so only had BBC I player all week end, not good at all.

Basic but clean

Make sure you lock the gate or the end cottage will be out locking it & slamming the door!!

My partner and I have just had a weekend in the princess place studio and we loved it and would definitely recommend it was very clean and comfortable also very close to everything in Whitby

Location and facilities

The bin was full and it was very cold when we entered.

The location was perfect

The bed was very uncomfortable, poor facilities, no plugs near the bed or mirror so drying and straightening hair difficult. Only one bedside table so had to use a suitcase for a table on the other side, extremely poor pressure in shower which made washing almost impossible with a tiny cubicle, overall damp smell in bathroom.. Most of all the WiFi and TV did not work, we could live without the TV but the WiFi was needed which is why we booked here in the first place as it was advertised as having WiFi. Did complain at the time but were told other properties didn't have an issue and that was that, very disappointed with the property and would not book this again.

There was no heating very cold and television not working we had to go out all day to cold to stay in the accommodation came back to get in bed only place to try to get warm
