Loved the attention to detail, beautiful decor. Hosts provided delicious food and drinks, including baked goods from a local iconic bakery. Plenty of information was provided on things to do and see. Great location. Friendly and helpful hosts

Shower temperature altered a bit, but maybe it was operator error.

"Gorgeous, a home from home, fabulous host and location"

Juliet gave us a lovely welcome. She is bubbly and friendly and goes above and beyond. She supplied us with a marvellous full English breakfast with Prosecco and gluten free goodies for my daughter. Exceptional service

Beautifully furnished and toiletries/kitchen supplies outstanding. Everything done to make you feel instantly at home. Great heating if required and also fan in bedroom and lounge.

Nothing except I'm a cheap coffee drinker so the "posh" coffee stayed untouched!

"A wonderful 3 nights in beautiful York."

Everthing. I liked that Juliet met me at the door and explained how everything worked in the apartment. The apartment is also very central and even being in a busy road it was quiet inside because of the second set of glass on the windows. She also provided many breakfast items for us plus goodies from Betty’s and also a bottle of wine. The apartment was spacious and was clean. The toiletries provided were first rate.

We liked everything.
