The heating wasn’t set correctly so stay on when we were out.

"excellent in all departments -location ,cleanliness and style"

excellent location -so close to all amenities -restaurants ,cafes pubs. Apartment was super clean with stylish decor. As an avid tea drinker it was really nice to find not one but 2 teapots -so unusual in self catering these days! Wine and chocolates a lovely touch. Hosts really good at communicating before and after arrival .

found it hard to get the bathroom very warm despite turning up the temperature dial . ( It was bitterly cold in York at the time however!) Some rubbish bin other than the small bathroom one would be useful.

Location was fantastic, cleanliness and modern.

Our only down point was the shower the pressure wasn’t very good and it says in the book not to change the temperature which I only read afterwards but the temp is either burning your skin or ice cold. It eventually settled in the middle but I like to shower warmer.

"The perfect stay."

An amazing flat on the heart of York. It was warm and extremely comfortable with all amenities you could ask for. Hosts were lovely and great with communication. A fantastic stay.

"Perfect away break."

We had a wonderful stay here in August! The location was fantastic, right in the centre of everything, the flat was comfortable and very clean, full of thoughtful, personal touches for guests. Our lovely host welcomed us on arrival and even provided a choice of complementary breakfast goodies and local treats! We couldn't have made a better choice, staying here made our much needed break even more special. Thank you!

Nothing, wish we could have stayed longer :)
