Location, comfort, its very obvious the owner juliette is very passionate about what she does. We felt very spoiled with food and treats which she left for us to enjoy and we did. York is a lovely place to spend a few days and the apartment was lovely to come back to. Everything needed was close to the apartment. GO ON BOOK IT YOU WILL LOVE IT. Thank you nick and juliette.

Beautiful apartment in an unbeatable location. The most welcoming and thoughtful hosts we have experienced. So many thoughtful items provided. Our long weekend stay could not have been better and we would definitely book again - highly recommended!

"A perfectly romantic English haven with the best host ever!"

The host was most helpful and welcoming. She made sure we knew where all the light and heat switches were, along with any safety features and meet up location. The best goodies for a couple feasts were ready for our enjoyment, including scones and chocolates. And even fresh daffodils were on our bedside table. And beyond the apartment being comfortably and fashionably furnished, and perfectly spotless, her recommendations for places to eat and drink were spot on. There were plenty of books, literature and easy reading, for an evening with wine or tea. And a french press with coffee for breakfast. Should we ever return to York, we will look this place up first to stay!

The apartment is fabulous. Nick helped us with our bags to the second floor. Juliet was ever so helpful and lovely. Definitely recommend this place.

"Fantastic stay in a luxurious apartment"

Absolutely fantastic stay - super friendly hosts who met us on arrival with an awesome welcome pack and tour of the apartment. Super location and everything in the apartment high end and so comfortable (especially the bed!). Spotlessly clean and so well equipped - we will most definitely be back! Thank you for such a lovely stay

"A Gem in the heart of York"

This beautiful apartment couldn't be more perfect for a stay in York. We were greated by a truly wonderful host who had gone above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Communication was excellent throughout and the apartment itself is stunning. The location is perfect for exploring the city and we are already planning our return.

Truthfully, there are no downsides to this apartment. We didn't want to leave.
