Lovely spacious apartment, situated close to the town centre and 4 mins walk to the beach. Spotlessly clean. Our bedroom had a large comfortable bed, the kitchen was well equipped. The lounge had a large screen TV with plenty of channels and there was also a Sony music system. There was even an assortment of games for adults and children. Two very comfortable recliner sofas, plus extra chairs and a nest of side tables. The host kindly supplied milk, coffee, assorted teas and a lovely pack of Welsh cakes. The apartment was warm and welcoming on arrival. Too many good things to list and suffice to say we will be back.

The owner left us easy and straight forward instructions how to get to the property. The apartment was spacious, clean and cosy. We came with two kids and one of them was toddler. We had some sweets left for them and additional beach toys which they enjoyed. The beach is very close to the property which is lovely. Overall we enjoyed the apartment with mountain view and seaside close by.

The location was great although, as Barmouth is relatively small, lots of places have good location. The flat was clean, comfortable & fitted out well. I can imagine parking is quite sought after during the summer and although there's no parking at the property (only on the road full of residents and traffic cones!), there is a free pass available for a garage business just around the corner.

Really minor but the front door is pretty tough to close! No parking at the actual property.

Beautiful apartment, great location. Had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.
