Executive Central Apartment

the security of the building

there was broken tiles all over the bathroom, water from the shower went all over as there was 1 very short shower curtain. The shower head was mouldy. Cupboard does in the kitchen were missing with food visible underneath the Ivan as the kick board was missing underneath. there was 1 bowl in the whole apartment so we had to take it in turns having cereal. The lock on the apartment door jammed locking us inside, we messaged the gentleman as soon as this happened on the Friday and he blamed us at first then just ignored the problem leaving us locked in till the following morning when I managed to unlock the door. The apartment is on the third floor with NO fire escape. The block is full of young men who didn’t make us feel safe when we left the apartment when it had got dark and they were in-fact breaking into cars so we had to ring the police. If we had been staying there for any other reason we would have left as soon as we discovered the problems or when I got the door unlocked the following day. we had tickets to see P!NK in concert and could not afford to find other accommodation while we were there. These are NOT executive apartments more like a 1 star student apartment

Sofa was worn out the bed was uncomfortable ,,bathroom was horrible needs regrouting, and a good clean , couldn't get anything on the TV , everything was shabby nee whee to hang your coat , light bulbs need replacing. Better places to stay for the money

I was working while I stayed at the apartment and the internet was really strong and reliable. I also found the bed to be very comfortable. The apartment has everything you need for a nice stay.

There is a mold/damp problem as seen on the pictures. I think this also causes the weird smell mentioned in the other reviews.

well, everything, the bed was moldy. the blinds in the property were broken. the area was scary and unsafe please avoid at all costs. my property got stolen by some of the people.

they bell door doesn’t work! they don’t explain hire car park need to pay only said car park it’s public car park you need to pay

Picking up the keys was easy. It was a short walk to the metro train station which worked well for us. There was good WIFI and TV with lots of steaming services. It was quiet and there was plenty of room.

The road outside was scruffy but once inside the flat was excellent. The parking was confusing as there were two car parks, we didn't notice this at 1st, one council and one private. Use the council one opposite the auto repairs for free parking after 6pm.

It was a walk from the train station and a stone throw from the beach infact you can see the sea from the window

Upon check in the apartment has an unpleasant smell the bathroom room was really dirty the shower screen looks like it hasn't been washed the sink has limescale loads of it and the shower head was full of limescale I work in hospitality and there is no way we will put that room for sale. There was no tea, coffee and the sugar canister was fill with salt. The door to the washing machine was broken and the buzzer doesn't work so if you ordering take away you have to go downstairs to pick it up. The living room has blinds missing very comfy bed though.
