The lodge is a wonderful place to stay. Just on the outskirts of Chester and only 20 minutes drive from Cheshire Oaks. The facilities are great and the owner communicated all the information required to make it a hassle-free stay. Would love to come back again in the summer rather than mid-November.

"Sweet apartment on attractive street"

There were some lovely touches - the stash of goodies available to buy and pay for via PayPal was a great idea. The place seemed to be well equipped; although I didn't cook, so can't say how it would have been for that, I did manage to find a nice big wine glass, so 👍🏻. All in all the owner seems to have put thought and care into the guest experience and I for one was very satisfied.

Can't think of anything I didn't like - it did the job perfectly for a single night stay

"Bank Holiday Sunday in chester"

On a very nice street with lovely houses, felt very secure. 5min uber to bars and restaurants, nice big drive for car, little patio area. Good quality furnishings, perfect space for a couple. Good communication with hosts

Only thing I could say is 11am instead of 10am for check out, but I've noticed more recently 10am is becoming the norm, not really a criticism as such though

Super clean and cosy. Great location for visiting Chester. Owners never bothered us. Great to have parking so close.

Cosy space and overlooked beautiful gardens. Lovely little touches like candles and blankets.

Very clean and well decorated. Perfect for a night away in Chester! Lisa kept in touch about instructions, which was very helpful. Definitely felt like a little home from home!
