"Ideal for visiting the National Arboretum. Quiet location."

Quiet. Nice touch tea, coffee, milk and essentials provided. Close to the National Arboretum the reason for our stay.

"A well located good clean property that we enjoyed in a safe environment"

ppty is self catering but proprietor only left a half carton of milk as a `welcome` to us.

Towels too hard--only needed a flash in a dryer to improve them but we had no dryer. Bed a bit tired. Bedding not up to claimed 9.9 rating standard. Two seated settee also tired. Heating controls were a constant `faff` despite our following owners instructions. We left exactly to hosts time requirement but no sign of host we knew was just yards from our front door ( but seemingly uninterested in our goodbyes or welfare) Disappointing
