Cottage Apartment

Shona has put so much attention to detail into this property it is delightful. cosy, comfy and in a great location. Walking distance to the train station onwards to Edinburgh, Stirling and Glasgow. The bed is super comfy, and the living space roomy and everything you would need. We highly recommend and will stay here again. Throughout the whole booking process ( From Australia) Shone has been so helpful. She met us on arrival and gave us a grand tour.

Very relaxing, well equipped apartment. Loved having a bath after a long day out. Plenty of equipment for cooking. Lots of personal touches. I really felt at home.

We liked the comfortable bed and the log fire, and on the whole it was a peaceful location and walking distance to a nice pub. Shona's communication was very good and friendly.

We didn't know it was a communal garden which was awkward with our dog. The flat upstairs made the ceiling shake when their washing machine was on. The bedroom and bathroom were mainly clean, but also seemed damp and there was some mold on the walls. Finally the parking situation isn't great, with no dedicated parking, it's tricky to find a space nearby.

We loved the location, the property itself, cleanliness and Shona was just lovely!

Cottage has been finished to a very high standard. Wood burner made it even more cosy. Every wee comfort has been thought of including packet of biscuits to nibble and games compendium for wet weather. Parkland walks on the doorstep.

Parking is a challenge for those with wide cars as Ramoyle is a very narrow thoroughfare. Four spaces round the corner may be tight depending on the size of your vehicle.

Everything; loved the apartment, comfy bed, everything you need in the kitchen and fab shared filled enclosed garden, even met the local hedgehog!
