The check in process was very smooth , me met Paul who greeted us and told everything about the house in detail , House was very neat it had all the facilities we needed

Wonderful location and very comfortable

Nothing at all. Just to let you know, toaster tripped the fuse for power outage, so needs replaced. Also some light bulbs need replaced. We very much enjoyed our stay, you have a lovely flat, thank you.

Convenient, pleasant, quiet location close to Holyrood Palace, restaurants, walks and the Royal Mile. Very comfortable beds, bedding and pillows with really nice powerful showers in attractive, modern bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with a gas stove, microwave, spacious fridge, dishwasher and nice big tea kettle. The combo washer/dryer was easy to use and extremely helpful to have. Comfortable sitting area with covered balcony and beautiful view. Perfect for our family of 4. Key pick up was very easy as we stayed in contact via text since traffic slowed our journey from the airport.

Be sure to pick up a roll of paper towels if you plan to use the kitchen.

Great location, spacious apartment everything was working great. Had a passport issue and the owners went above and beyond to make sure I got my passport back to me right away. Could not thank them enough. If you need a place to stay definitely book this property will definitely stay again.

The place is easily accessible and close to many amenities as well as within walking distance to Royal Mile.

The parking garage is rather small.

We had a brilliant time in Edinburgh. This apartment was beautiful. A great location and the apartment was perfect, really lovely. Will definitely return again!
