Location, facilities, arrangement/layout.

H&S issues. Under light above sink hanging down with exposed wires. En-suite extractor fan not operating when lights switched on. To operate I had to climb on a chair to switch the isolating switch on and repeat to turn fan off. Climbing up onto a chair is a hazard. Lights above cooker unit not working. Ceiling lights above work surface not working. Property needs a review of its lighting

clean, comfortable beds and couch. Nice little covered balcony with chairs and table. Wonderful location at one end of the royal mile but quiet with no traffic noise.

Could only stay 2 nights. Should have planned 4.
