Yes it was easy to collect the keys.

Front door key was a little stiff and it would have been nice to have some fresh milk. However, the local shop was very near.

We arrived at the house and there was tea, sugar, coffee and milk. All kitchen appliances were extremely good quality for a rental and all were working perfectly. The lock box was straight forward to open, we had already got the code by email. I would say a few more towels would have been good but I’m sure if I’d asked Annabelle would have arranged it as her cleaner was a short distance from us. I didn’t feel well the morning we were leaving and when I asked for a couple of extra hours after the check out time she was most helpful and asked me what time I’d like the cleaner to go in. I really appreciated this though I’m sure if someone had been checking in at 3pm I may not have had as many extra hours. To compensate my friend cleaned the apartment, and left not a lot for the cleaner to do. I reckon she redid all. I’d definitely go back as I now know the area better and exact place to get a bus or glider though we used cabs a lot.

Nothing really. Feeling we didn’t have enough towels and the fact we didn’t let the host this doesn’t make a difference. My friend and I will definitely use this property the next time we feel like a city break. Thank you Annabelle for the use of your beautiful property

location easy walking to to the city centre and titanic experience , bus stop near by too. Not that far from various shops for supplies

the living room seating was not that comfortable for chilling , TV too high ,but would stay again.

property was very clean and nicely decorated . Kitchen very well laid out with all amenities.

House was clean, neat, fully equipped with all mod-cons, in a quiet area with parking , close to city bus route and situated within 25mins walk of city centre or Titanic quarter. Ideal for a city-break or base for touring the north Antrim/Down coast.
