Location, privacy, comfortable, cosy, everything you need,

Facilities, quiet location, off street parking. Well thought out accommodation. Perfect for couples and dog. Easy to manage booking; Steve & Vicky excellent hosts and on hand if necessary. Particularly liked location; 10 minute walk into Bowness with plenty of places to eat and drink. Slightly longer walk to Windermere. (15 minutes) Both bath and shower facilities; underfloor heating; tv in both lounge and bedroom.

Nothing really. Only slight thing was fencing didn’t look fully secure on one side, so we didn’t risk letting our dog off lead just in case.

This apartment is spotlessly clean, and perfectly located between Windermere in one direction and Bowness in the other so you can reach everything. The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful during our stay. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the appliances you might need. We had everything we needed for a quiet Lake District long weekend and can't wait to go back again!

Was very comfortable exactly what we needed. They were very accommodating and felt they were there if we needed anything. Great location. Comfy bed great shower.

Treats, blanket,dish and towel left for our dog was nice👍🏻The underfloor heating made it lovely and warm when returning back after a days walking .Good communication from the hosts before and during our stay 👍🏻

Property was easy to find and I always like hosts who get in touch before you go to check you know where you are going. It has it's own private parking spot and there is street parking also if need. It was modern and clean with plenty of kitchen items to use for self catering needs. It's a 10-15 minute walk into Windermere depending on your walking speed and it's pretty much a straight line so it's easy to get into nice walk back up some steep hills always good for the legs!
