The Old Chapel

The flat was clean, welcoming and well equipped. Excellent location to explore Arundel as everything was within walking distance.

There were a couple of minor issues, such as the cot not having a proper mattress and the hot water bath tap not working correctly, but the main problem we had was with parking. I had specifically booked this property because it said parking was available on site, but it turned out that parking was simply available on the street outside which was permanently full. When we arrived, there were no spaces available at all and nowhere where we could have parked the car even to unpack. Luckily for us, the lady in the flat below offered to move her car so that we could park up to unpack. I appreciate that parking anywhere in Arundel is very difficult, but the listing needs to be far clearer so that people are aware of this before booking.

Perfect location, loved the pub vibe opposite, arts festival great fun. Very well equipped and comfortable flat.

no outside space but all windows open to keep the rooms cool.

The location of the property was a few minutes from the town centre. Arundel is historically interesting with some good tea rooms, restaurants, antique, and other individual shops. The South Downs country side is stunning.
