Cosy, compact and comfortable small 1 bed flat / studio. With everything you need. I liked the Tea and coffee in cupboard. Kitchen hob, with all the utensils and lovely fridge. A short bus ride to Birmingham city centre and sparkhill.

"Everything you need - reasonable accessibility"

Very convenient for me as I needed a base from which to work remotely for a few days, whilst the car was in a specialist garage, just round the corner. I put full marks for location because for me it was very convenient, plus there are some good curry houses around - the Merrymaid Bar and Grill, which is literally over the road does great curries. If you're expecting Knightsbridge, then you'd be disappointed, but I had some great random conversations with people I met on the street. Re the apartment, it's ground floor and you can park right outside, although there are restrictions but there's also unrestricted parking very nearby. It had everything I needed for my stay. I was working, using a laptop + 4k monitor and the Virgin Media Broadband didn't let me down once. The photos I have added are for the benefit of anyone seeking more detail on accessibility - sorry for the improvised "measuring tape" it's standard divan clearance. If I was using a hoist, I reckon I could just about manage it after I've put the divan up on risers. OH GREAT! NOW IT WON'T LET ME UPLOAD PICTURES - THANKS GUYS!!!! Maybe I'll try later and edit this.

Nothing to call out, really. For me, personally, it's not fully accessible as there are steps to the front door. It didn't affect me this time, but I'm thinking of staying again, this time with my wife, who is in a wheelchair. If that's the only thing I can find to gripe about (which is very specific to me), I guess it means, it's good deal - hands off though! I want to make sure it's available next time I'm in Brum :-)
