The automated access system for the property was convenient. Hot water was available in the shower.

I’m not exactly sure what the housing standards are in England, but as a European, what I found was below my expectations. The apartment was very small, with an incredibly tiny bathroom—I couldn’t even brush my teeth with the door closed due to the lack of space. The sink was clogged, preventing proper drainage, and the WiFi was terrible. Paying €310 for 4 nights is not reasonable for the quality of the accommodation.

I booked for 5 days whilst I did my exams in Birmingham. Perfect for what I needed as didnt want a hotel room but somewhere that felt like my own space with my own kitchen facilities to cook cheaply over the week. Just what I needed :) helpful staff and kept clean.

Lovely host. Very friendly and very accommodating. Room clean and modern inside. Ideal location for Falcon and Castle. Was flexible with check in time.

It had a very institutional feel to it in the corridors and didn't look nice from the outside. The apartment was expensive for what it was. The sofa bed was rock hard and quite uncomfortable.

Bed was awful. Shower and bathroom is tiny. The sofa is not really a sofa and scruffy. Whole place needs renovation.

Great communication from owner, very secure and great for a business stay
