Harold House - Modern open plan 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in Central Southsea, Portsmouth

The house offered all the facilities we wanted, We used every room and the garden

The showers needed attention - there was very poor flow and it was hard to regulate the temperature. The staircase from Ground to 1st floor was very steep - this was not shown in the spec. It proved difficult for us with bad knees and no downstairs loo. We thought the house was nearer the beach from the spec.

Central location in Southsea area of Portsmouth. A little dark at night but close to shops. About 30 mins to Gunwharf Quays. The house was very clean and all worked fine, some minor remarks. Good response time from letting agency when we had questions.

A little nicer back garden. TV did not work so well (many channels did not show). No toilet on ground floor.

the whole booking experience was a nightmare! I regularly book my staff into accommodation and the requirement to sign a rental agreement, upload id, and send a deposit was an absolute nightmare.I won’t be booking our team in there again. bearing in mind it was only a 2 night stay a cleaning charge of £160 was outrageous, especially on top of the £250 deposit. the property was great the experience was dreadful.

perfect property for a family visit. enough space and rooms. very fresh, modern and clean. ideally located for Portsmouths amenities.
