Clean, warm, comfortable ground floor flat with parking space directly outside. Well located for local transport links and train station.

Perhaps a voile blind in the lounge and bedroom, as overlooked by neighbouring properties.

It was warm, cosy and comfortable for a 1 night stay. Nice kitchen and bathroom, good bed linen.

"Perfect home away from home!"

I love the updates to the flat, its looking great! Really comfy, great place to stay when travelling for work, close to everything in need (train station, Tesco, work) with onsite parking. Perfection.

"Handy stopover in royston"

Clean and quiet. Also good facilities. Warm. Train station about a 10 -15min walk round corner

Perhaps a voile blind in lounge and bedroom but was fine for two nights. Would happily return.
