Value for money and clean.

Entrance to the basement smelt a little damp. I would recommend a mirror near a socket as I wasn't able to see in the wardrobe mirror while using the hairdryer. Tiny recommendations not criticism Also WiFi didn't work.

The place is perfectly located. Instructions sent in advance. Very close to the beach and other facilities. All as promised and even better. Highly recommend

The basement was amazing but couldn't withstand the smell even with the dehumidifier and fan on all the time.

Sofa bed not good

Quirky and very comfy.

Bed and sofa bed are comfy; sofa bed is super easy to turn into a bed; the whole flat well furnished; the kitchen space is wide; there is free street parking between 7pm and 10am; the price per night was extremely competitive; it was a perfect stop on our way to and back from south Devon to break the long journey; Horia from the agency was very helpful and pleasant to interact with; the flat is quiet as at the back of the building from the main road; check in was super easy.

The internet didn’t work on both nights we stayed even if a week apart from each other (we were warned on the first night as due to a Vodafone outage but not sure about the second night as we didn’t get an explanation as to why it was not fixed yet); it could be a little bit cleaner (dust on blinds, on our return from Devon the bathroom bin had not been emptied from previous guest, we found a few crumbs on the floor); we couldn’t use the TVs as no internet and we didn’t use the shower as we knew that towels were not included and we were staying only one night, so cannot comment on TV, shower and Wi-Fi’s quality; a sponge in the kitchen would be essential (we didn’t have one on the first night) to clean the dishes, even if towels are not included in the price we paid.

I like the fact there is plenty of restaurants and shops on the road

I found the flat very dirty the kitchen was full of greasy I needed to wash all the utensils with bleach before use it. We gave it a good clean was very dusty everywhere, bought 2 sets of bedsheets as I couldn't stand with the smell of the bed linens, carpet in the bedroom was so dirty, the smell in the basement was horrendous, after clean we turned on the fan and dehumidifier for couple of hours before let Sophia play in there, there is so many things I was in chock, in the kitchen there is no hand towels but we bought kitchen towels, the landlord gave us 2 options of wifi, both didn't work I messaged him hours later (we was sleeping) he replied saying that Vodafone was working with Ethernet in that road or something like that, and did apologize. They left 2 bottles of milk opened in the fridge. Never again
