The property is in a great location, is spacious and very comfortable Good value for money. This was our 4th visit and we will definitely stay here again when we next visit Skegness

Loved the location , the hosts was very friendly and made us feel very welcome , the apartment had everything we needed , it was lovely and cozy and perfect for a little get away, definitely going to book again without a doubt,, good price , didn’t want the holiday to end ;( , from Kim and Jo xx

What an amazing find, place is beautiful, the couple have got it lovely. Everythjng you need is there, settee is so comfy, as is the bed. Location is so quiet and easy access to the centre. Being able to sit in the garden was great as it was so hot. Charlie the dog is great too. Will definitely stay there again.

WiFi wasn't great, that was all. Very warm upstairs an addition of a fan would be great.

Everything was top class loved it very comfortable excellent he's thought of everything in there

Maybe not ideal being so close to owners residence also care to be taken when passing spiral staircase
