"Frustrated customer."

The hot water was occasionally. I call and email about it and got a later respond. Todate we are still encountering the same issue, occasionally hot water. I receive two pcn. There was no parking permit available.

"Want your deposit quickly but difficult refunding, very noisy needs attention to double glazing."

Two separate bedrooms. Central for shopping and transportation. Very safe. Reasonably clean when we arrived. Private parking.Great for commuters.

Having difficulty getting £200 deposit back!!! Double glazing not suitable considering on runway of Luton AirPort!! Very noisy till late and early start. Noise from Tesco until closing and workmen also during the night. Wasn’t told about any of this.

"Very comfy, well presented apartment. 10/10."

Very well presented and equipped apartment. Modern, clean, warm and safe. Whole apartment block was lovely and well maintained.

Noisy contractors in the Tesco car park at night, lots of beeping, banging and shouting. Builders working nights in the tesco.

"Great apartment next to train station in town centre"

Really good location in the town centre right by the train station. Wifi was good and fast and apartment was very large for just us which we really liked. Felt very homely.

Would have been helpful to have instructions how to work the heating in the apartment.
