The location is really good close to everything

The hair dryer very old they said they will bring another one no body showed up the curtain in the master bedroom broken and they knew about it also didn't changed yet the towels not every clean the iron table is dirty the toilet in the master bedroom realy small like airplane toilets.

Excellent location, easy walk into city centre, nice view. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and plenty of hot water.

Very small en-suite bathroom, anyone of larger proportions would have trouble sitting on the toilet! Some things needed to be repaired or replaced. Main blind in largest bedroom was broken and impossible to close, would not suit anyone who needs a darkened room to sleep. Cabinet in lounge had sliding glass doors, one of which was no longer attached properly so care needed to open and close, possible hazard with children. Whilst generally clean, I needed to move the bed to access a plug socket and found various items left behind there.

The location is excellent and proximity to restaurants and shopping mall.

The blinds in the rooms need to be changed to not allow light in at night. We struggled to sleep at night because of light reflections.

View and apartment was amazing

The location was perfect. We were within easy walking distance of the O2 Academy and Merchant City. Right next to the St Enoch Centre and the river. Nice views. They managed to sort us parking spaces inside the building (but it was by chance that they had space, this is not as standard). Reasonable value for the location.

Overall the apartment was nice enough but most of the furnishings, towels etc were pretty old/worn. Dining room chairs are peeling and the glass door is falling off the dishes cabinet which could be dangerous if it came off completely. The main bathroom fan doesn't work and there is quite a bit of mold as a consequence. The blinds were fairly pointless and let in A LOT of light from early in the morning. Parking not being guaranteed. The nearby Q-Park would have cost about £20 per day. Noisy outside with windows open or boiling with windows closed.

Good location

Expensive to park in the Qpark carpark, don’t understand why the basement carpark wasn’t available?? Plenty of space there!
