Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property offers self check-in only. In order to complete the self check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the self check-in. Please note early check in are only possible at a surcharge, need to be requested at least 1 hour before the early arrival time and are subject to approval by the property. Early check in between 11:00 and 15:00 costs GBP 15 per hour. If you haven’t completed the online check in by 20:00 costs GBP 25 to check in after 20:00. If you haven’t completed the online check in by 23:30 costs GBP 39 to check in after 23:30 (these additional costs do not apply to bookings made after 19:00 on the same day). Please note late check out are only possible at a surcharge, need to be requested by 9:00am on the check out date and are subject to approval by the property. Late check out between 10:00 and 15:00 costs GBP 15 per hour. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. A surcharge of 35 GBP per person per night applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your reservation. In case of any additional guests, please notify the property prior to arrival. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. Smoking on site will incur an additional fee of 200 GBP Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The Property is not as shown in the pictures. It was not clean at all. Had flies in the kitchen, unclean backyard and front entrance. It was a nightmare staying at this property. The bathroom sink did not drain at all so could not use it. The bathroom lock is broken please don’t use it, I got stuck and couldn’t open it luckily we managed to open it somehow from outside. Kitchen exhaust did not work so the fire alarm went on every time we tried to reheat the food on gas also had to pay a non refundable deposit for check in Bad facilities. No Toiletries provided at all

Absolutely nothing

The floor was filfy our feet stuck to the floor every where. The space they have the audacity to call a garden area was smothered in cigarette buts at one count there were 42. The place is extremely damp and smelt awful

Mould everywhere and damp smelling. Not enough glasses for 5 guests, no bedding for sofa bed. Poor communication

The place was disgusting. I took lots of photos of how awful it was. Mould up the walls, the carpets all frayed as if a mouse had been scratching at the walls. The bedding wasn't clean, there were stains all over the sofa beds and table. There was no bedding for the sofa beds which we needed. The cutlery drawer had 2 forks, nothing was stocked at all in the kitchen. I requested a parking space as my Nan is 87 and was told there would be one for me. There wasn't so I had to drive around looking for one. We spoke to the company who hire it and told them we would not be staying and I was told I would have to wait for a full refund. I sent all the photos and we left after an hour and then had to find a hotel. It was very stressful and hard work. I was travelling for my sisters wedding with my 3 children and my Nan and we didn't find anywhere until 10.30pm. Do not stay here!
