Castle View

This apartment was like a home away from home, and it was extremely comfortable. The kitchen had a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, as well as all of the utensils and appliances you need for cooking. I also noticed that the apartment is very family friendly, with lots of board games and sports equipment available. I was only able to stay for one night, but this apartment would be absolutely perfect for long stays as well.

We specifically asked for the ground floor flat with garden access because of our dogs. We only had access to the 1st floor flat which was extremely problematic. Stairs are incredibly steep and slippery. Not very clean. Bin made me feel sick.

Firstly, thank you so much. All information was provide before our stay. When we arrived keys were in a locked box which was easily obtainable. We entered the apartment and it was clean, all appliances available.. toaster, kettle and even a dishwasher. There was clean bedding.. coffee, butter, bread and jam for the morning. Board games available, TVs all working. There was a shop across the road with good open times. Parking available at the front, with spaces available on the streets close by. Beds were comfy and we all slept great. Thanks again, will definitely book a visit again soon.

There was a welcome pack.

 It was uncomfortable it was dirty places,  debris down the settee, items were overused and worn out I need replacing. I took photos and sent into appropriate person and they agreed that it wasn’t good enough, and that was the end of the conversation.

Well equipped...would have been good for grandkids had they been with us.as cyclists it was great to find bread, butter, milk,there. Good view over to the castle..handy local stores.
