Lovely apartment very close to the center of town. Beautifully presented. Small but very homely. Perfect for us (2 adults and one 6 year old). Kitchen contained everything we needed. Towels and bedding were provided and were beautifully fresh (we want to know what detergent you use!) Overall very happy with our stay and would stay again.

The property was exceptionally clean but when we checked out, I looked under the bed and found an old empty wine bottle and empty packet of crisps. Didn’t spoil our stay but worth mentioning I think. The other thing that could be improved for us was that the doors were quite squeaky. Not a massive problem but when you’re trying to keep a kid asleep it’s noticeable. Nitpicking really but, again, worth mentioning.

Lovely furnishing and great kitchen with everything you needed. Lovely shower!

The double bed is a bit small. King size would be nice!

Warm, comfortable and well equipped , great location Wonderful host Wendy so kind let me check in early and check out later due to a sad family bereavement during my stay. I've stayed here many times now. my favourite place in Oakham thank you

Great apartment nicely appointed in the centre of town but very quiet. Owner was really helpful and met us at the apartment. Really thoughtfully equipped with washer, airer, coffee machine and basic cooking items - perfect for family needs. Good pressure on shower! Lovely terrace area at front.

There is nothing we didn't like! Note for families of teens - bunk beds are little tight for 2 young adults 5ft5/6ft and if anyone is allergic to feathers/down, take your inhalers/antihistamines!

Fantastic apartment, great host and well equipped. Would happily recommend
