1 Bed Apt Sleeps 4

The apartment was clean, easy access to get anything you want. The staffs were helpful. Very close to The mall luton, close to train station and bus station.

The keys were in locked box and the provided code was wrong. I was waited with my kids standing outside and luggage was on the road and I was calling them again and again they were telling you will get call back but no one called me. There was one resident who supported me as he seen me helpless person with family who paid 450 pounds for 3 nights but don't have keys for the apartment and he don't know where is my apartment. It was worst experince please do not get scared and used it again. They told its for the sleep of 4 with 1 bed and 1 sofa and the sofa was not convertible and every where is written leave as you get other wise you will pay this you will pay that. Though your garbage your own. Towels are used may be number of times very old towels and the best part Ants are every where my kids are not used to these and they were not sitting not laying down beacuse or Ants. The best part I don't know how to operate heating system and where it is that was the worst experince.

Nothing was good except the location.

I liked everything about the place. It was a quiet neighbourhood with a cosy accommodation loaded with almost everything we need for a comfortable short stay. Better than any hotel accommodation.

As such there was nothing to dislike. The host Lisa is Super host, very polite and prompt to provide instructions early on and answer any queries we had.
