The Studio @ 93 Bernard Rd

I was working in Brighton and the property was in a perfect location, close to the job. The host Stu arranged my parking permit for me and was ready for when I arrived. Communication from Stu was excellent. The property was very clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed whilst working away from home. If in Brighton again I will definitely stay at The Studio @ 93 Bernard Road, providing they have the availability. Thank you Stu.

great location in a quiet area but still fairly connected to shops and to get buses into central town. The hosts were great with communication and provided a very comfortable stay. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Brighton.

Very neat and as I wanted

The studio was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Communication with the owners was very easy. They always replied straight away.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay. I was in Brighton for a week and the studio is so comfortable and in a great location. The hosts have thought of everything. I particularly appreciated having a bath and a comfortable couch to sit on instead of having to be on the bed all the time. I am going to back to Brighton and will book again.

The studio was super cute and so clean! Had everything you would need for a Brighton stay and the guest information book was so helpful. The bed was sooo comfy and the bathroom and kitchen were lovely and clean. Nice little sun terrace out the back, didn’t get much use of it because of the weather but will be lovely when it’s a bit warmer.

Nothing not to like about the property, it is up a steep hill from the main road but that is to be expected in Brighton really. Lovely quiet street and the studio has a cosy, homely feel to it.

They had a key box outside the studio flat and they sent off instructions before hand through email on how to access the building so it was pretty simple. The check in times were till late so that was good for us as we both had work on the day of checking in. They even had a booklet on everything you needed to know about the flat and some nice places to visit even some facts about Brighton and the history. They also let us have our own space like they weren’t too much but they were very helpful which was nice as they would respond with emails very quickly and checked in on us. The place was super clean as well! It was modern architecture and not run down at all. The bed was comfy aswell and it was warm and cosy. Extremely happy and would recommend to stay!!
