"Refreshing short break in pleasant countryside."

Nice comfortable, cosy, well equipped, clean and quiet place for a few days. Loved the animals especially the cheeky goats. Not too far from Beverley, Withernsea and the Humber Bridge/Country Park, which I had pleasant trips to.

"Peaceful luxury."

Beautiful location. So peaceful with a view out over the paddock of goats, sheep and guinea fowl. A lovely private seating area too. The property was amazing, so comfy, all the facilities, including a dishwasher. The location is great for exploring on foot, by bike or further afield. We went to the local vineyard which Dave, the owner, kindly dropped us off at and we meandered back. Highly recommended for a peaceful retreat set in amazing surroundings with a great host who couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely be back.

Location was good for what we needed, quiet and comfortable👍🏻

Couple of maintenance tasks required, for convenience of guests ease the bathroom door and adjust the latch on the bedroom door so that it shuts properly.
