in front of sea, everything worked perfectly, communication with host worked fast and smoothly

Location is just across the road from Bexhill beach and a 5 minute walk to the town along the beach front.

Great location, and a very spacious and comfortable property.

The outside space at the back needs to be made more comfortable and given a makeover. It isn’t pleasant to sit there due to it being scruffy looking.

Location is everything. So close to the beech front and facilities, including the lovely Sovereign Light Cafe. Never miss the opportunity of making a brew, and simply walking over the road to the promenade to sit and enjoy the setting sun

Because the sofa is so deep, cushions would be great to help with back support. Hooks on the back of bedroom doors would have been useful.

Excellent location, flat had everything you needed. Welcome hamper was very well received by all, but especially the children.

Lovely well presented apartment everything you would require for a stay.

Double bed was a little small and low down for us but that is just personal preference, there was nothing wrong with the bed!

It was in a great location for our needs. It had everything we needed in the flat.
