"Very painful stay because of the location of property and high rise floor without lift to carry suit"

There was no breakfast and rooms were on 2nd floor with staircase only NO LIFT , very painful experience

"Feel home in Reading"

The flat is very well situated, short walk from the station and also to the city centre (it is in the city center in fact). the flat is good size for 2 people and has everything you need. a washer/dryer was a blessing. The manager, Ian, was very responsive and also accommodating to allow our early check in and late check out.

We had a trouble flushing toilet and they had to come fix it a few time but they did promptly. The flat is on the second third floor and there is no lift.
