Lack of instructions of how to use the facilities Eg- How to use the televisions especially the one in the main bedroom How to use the cooker and the induction hob Shower could do with updating Not ideal if your six foot tall The doors on the Shower did not shut properly The main bedroom door needs repairing The second bedroom door is split The kitchen door to the bedrooms needs some talc My partner is a plumber ect and he picked these up straight away

Clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Just what we needed as a base to visit friends and family. Close to the centre of town with choice of places to eat.

Nothing much to comment on. Maybe time to swap to a thicker duvet, although the flat was warm and we were cosy enough on bed.

Lovely place, fully equipped kitchen with an impressive supply of cereals and spices. Big rooms, big bathroom, nice modern interior. I really liked the place. Good basis for exploring the north coast. We had a lovely stay and would be happy to visit again.

Great for families, park right round the back, spacious rooms for kids

Spaciousness, area and cleanliness

Couldn't get ITV channel on the TV, there is only so much of the Olympics I can watch. They did come to fix it and after a half hour got ITV channel so when we went out to dinner left the TV on so we had one pm/evening of ITV programmes. Switched the TV of at bedtime the following day switched the TV on followed the instructions that was left tried unsuccessfully at 3 attempts to get ITV so gave up!!! The Freezer requires defrosting as the top drawer won't open and the kitchen blinds requires fixing. Managed to fix one side standing on a chair really should have a step ladder. The bedside lamps require a stronger light bulb I like to read in bed before I go to sleep so had to use the main light. I would prefer having 2 door keys as if one of us wants to go out to do things the other has to stay in. We did get 2 keys the last time as I initially lost one so got a spare key so once I found it was allowed to keep the spare (hallaluya).

The flat was well decorated throughout and the sofa in the living room was large and very comfortable. It was nice to have TV's in each of the bedrooms in addition to a large TV in the living room. The kitchen was a good size and well appointed with plenty of space at the table. It was very kind of our host to supply us with tea, coffee, milk and cereals. The were boxes of tissues in all rooms,, hand-sanitiser in the kitchen and bathroom and toiletries were also provided. We met our host who was lovely, and as the weather wasn't too good for July, was happy for us to use the gas heating.

Perfect location for what we needed. Everything there in the flat you would need. Good shower.

A very bad smell of damp in the bedroom. There Was a dehumidifier in the bedroom which tells me there had been water damage. My pjs were smelling of damp after sleeping. Matress in very hard and very soft and noisey in the other.
