"All in all the flat is excellent and everything one would need for a comfortable bolt hole."

There was some cereal and tea or coffee, so breakfast was megre until a shop was done.

Just to be picky: I found the lounge sofa to be very low and not made for bad knees. Sky Sports would have been good on TV.
