I was very disappointed. It is misleading as the premises is not part of the Bishops Gate apartment/hotel complex, but an ex council flat near the Long Tower. The premises needs work doing to bring it up to even a reasonable standard. Husband fell through the sofa bed seat so we used it for our coats. It wasn’t clean enough for me. The bed is only a double and wasn’t very comfortable. Toilet paper is rationed we had to buy more and I was advised not to put heating on. But as we are elderly we did as temperatures were below 18 degrees. There was black around the bath and the flat smelt damp. Would not stay here again.

Initially we had problems with the key which didn't work to unlock the door. Dee promotly dealt with this and promises to replace the lock before the next visitors.
