"Disastrous, never been happier to check out of somewhere."

Nothing, it was in a disgusting state

It was filthy, we were stuck with it so on the first day we went out and bought some cleaning products and air fresheners. There were long, black hairs in the bed and under the pillows. It was honestly the dirtiest place I’ve booked so far and that includes Thailand, Bali and numerous places in the UK. Contacted the host about it with no response. NEVER AGAIN.

Flat was spotless and very comfortable - we were all very impressed with how comfortable the beds were! Flat is well equipped with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Decent parking facilities. Location was perfect for us attending an event at Hickstead - very easy drive. Clear instructions re check in/out. Would definitely stay here again!

I think the host needs to do some work on it and give a very good cleaning to the house. The linen felt like they were not fresh clean. The house has lots of spiders and the windows have many spider webs. The beds in the living room didn't have pillows. Generally it didn't feel very clean the house and our sleep wasn't very comfortable.
