Central Garden Apartment

Location was good in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Old house with little or no internal sound proofing.

The location is great, being central and close to the train station and the Lanes, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby.

At first, the flat seemed cosy and bright. However, as we spent more time there, we noticed several issues. The cleanliness was lacking, the sofas were stained. The bathroom had no shelves or towel racks, making it inconvenient. Three out of four cookers didn’t work, the TV remote had no batteries. The bed was old, hard, small and extremely uncomfortable We struggled to sleep due to the bed and the noise from the upstairs neighbors. Additionally, the toilet paper provided was insufficient for our stay. Only one nearly finished roll and a new one were left. Despite informing the owner on the day of check-in, we received no response until I called. The owner, rather irritably, stated she couldn't provide more toilet paper on a Friday night but suggested we buy some ourselves and she would reimburse us. Overall, it wasn’t worth it. After a day of touring Brighton, we couldn't relax in the flat due to these issues. The price does not match the quality provided.

Great location. 5 min. to Brighton railway station and central bus stop Up to 10 min.to The Lanes, graffiti art streets, lot of pubs and restaurants, pedestrian streets with small shops and antique shops (Snoopers Paradise is the best!), souvenirs' shops and sweets shops etc.Close to the main street/ road ( Queens road).The owners' advice towards what to see and where to eat were useful.

For 2 people were only one hand towel.( We stayed for a week).I asked the owner and she promised to bring another one but didn't.With big towels everything was fine. Trash bin- there were trash bags to change , but it would be great if it was emptied at least once in a three days in case somebody is staying for a week.

Everything was great very comfortable and relaxing and close to all amenities but even great having outdoor area in property.

Only problem we had was using free Netflix as asked to sign in when using or hit the £4.99 button and I sent a message to booking.com to get the answers to this problem and no response but other than that all OK.

Fantastic location - close to the train station and minutes from the main strip. Communication from the hosts was amazing - all clear instructions on how to get in to the property and loads of info regarding the area and where to go.

There were no instructions for the oven. The place was a little cold

Lovely apartment, light, clean, had everything you needed. Good location, happy with the stay and welcome

We couldn't work the oven. The garden wasn't usable after 9.30. The garden has so much potential Upstairs was so noisy at 2-4am
