Right in the old town city, spacious, clean

A little noisy because it was overseeing the Main Street where most of activities and bars

Excellent location near the station and literally in the center of the main tourist area. Professionally maintained and very clean.

The central location means that it could be quite noisy during the Fringe Festival, even late at night. The flat is located up a hill from the station and up some stairs from the property entrance. People just need to note this and prepare accordingly. Only one bathroom.

We chose this for it's location, and it didn't disappoint. Right bang in the middle of the Royal Mile, looking out over the Cathedral it was perfect for our Fringe visit. The apartment was clean, comfortable and roomy. Bathroom was lovely and modern, well stocked with toiletries. We were 3 couples, and we were given a set of keys per couple which was really handy so we could split up if needed and come and go at different times if needed.

It wasn't an issue for us as we were out most of the time, but the WiFi was poor - couldn't connect as I think the password may have been changed, and the TV signal was weak- hence not being able to access much on the telly. We know that if we asked for help, as the owner was very helpful and approachable and we would have got it, but we were fine without it and had our phone network connection anyway.

Perfect location for visiting the famous interesting places of Edinburgh . The landlord is very nice and helpful.

Nothing! But it can get loud at night on a weekend with the royal mile right below.
