Very nice house. Very clean Nice views Plenty of room

Close proximity to the owners was a personal issue to me, may not be to others. One of the bedrooms has a door that leads to the house next door (where the hosts) reside. Whilst this is locked, the room I believed was connected to the hosts kitchen as the smell of garlic was overpowering in the room.

Warm and cosy property. Large spacious lounge with nice dining table and chairs. Excellent modern shower.

Great potential for this property but needs updating, attention and additional facilities. Some side tables in the lounge would have been useful, improved lighting and the rug needs to be replaced. Lack of attention to cleanliness in the kitchen was disappointing. Overall felt this property needs attention before we would stay again at current prices.

"Great wee house in a quiet area."

The house was cozy and spacious with everything we needed for a wee family getaway. We didn't have any problems and the host answered any questions we had almost immediately.

Some of the decor is a little bit outdated (like the house is half way through being decorated) but nothing that stopped us from enjoying our stay.

"Good base for exploring the nearby beaches Islands"

The property was a good size with 3 bedrooms 2 double and 1 single. There was a good view from the dining/living room. You could walk into town via paths about 1/2 hr to avoid the traffic. Good access to the ferry for visiting Mull and Iona as a foot passenger. Able to cook evening meals there as most kitchen items were available. Quiet because it was at the end of a dead end road in the estate. Good to see green initiatives EV charging point and air source heating.

Lack of drying area for coats boots etc. It was October! This is because the airing cupboard had the tank for the air source heating. Needs to be organised so there is some hanging racks in there. No controls for the heating so it seemed to come on randomly. Didn't see anyone but just notes about don't put the heating on at too high a temperature. It would be helpful if the owner came and explained the system. Single bedroom is a through route from the kitchen to the dining/ living room. Lighting in the hall is very poor. Extra lights needed.
