Compact and in a great location on the front

Noisy neighbours out on the patio. Would have been good to have a spare loo roll.

IKEA decor

Description of ensuite as" private bathroom" EN suite miniscule and not very clean floor around shower area. Also internet non-existant reception. Should have been described as weak at very least. No mention that the TV was not live. Description of "garden view" inaccurate

"This property is mot suitable for anyone with mobility issues"

Good location for access to the sea and town, the patio chairs where not suitable for us.

Information on equipment use was out of date. Armchairs were not suitable for us and the floor was gritty. Everywhere else was clean and tidy.

"Superb"

We loved location of property.

Only disappointment was no sea view did not realise basement flat not discribed on website. Saw bay window from patio area keysafe on left side of small window down steps . Is a cosy flat and nice weather to sit outside to see the Seaview.

My fault for not reading the description properly. Did not expect to be in a basement. No sea view although we could hear the sea, Steps also an issue . having slight mobility problem
