Very spacious and comfortable lounge with plenty of daylight with front double windows. Main street location means Promenade short distance away and all town shops and restaurants on the doorstep.

The apartment was beautiful. Great value for money. Very clean. Very spacious. It was right in the middle of Lytham, so near all the shops and cafes. The host was wonderful and very helpful. Great place to stay for Lytham, St Annes and surrounding areas.

"Lytham - a peaceful couple of days away."

The apartment was in a perfect location: down the stairs and you were right by the shops and within a five minute walk, you were by the seafront. The apartment was very well equipped, clean and decorated beautifully, which made it feel really nice to stay in. The photos don't do the place justice for the size it is as it is really spacious. The landlady, who was really friendly, came to greet us and gave some suggestions of places to visit. Lytham itself is a lovely place to stay with lots to see and do.

Location was excellent, within all amenities. Apartment was excellent. Parked up for the weekend. Walked or took local transport. Will definitely be back.

I think it needed another table to put your drinks on when there's more than two of you sitting on the sofas. Other than that all good.

"Great stay"

Property in a great location, close to shops and seafront. The property had all the facilities we needed, very spacious and it was quiet. No allocated parking but no issues parking on nearby streets and there is a car park nearby if needed. We only stayed for a few nights but would recommend.
