Apartment is in a great location with everything on the doorstep. It's spacious, modern and clean. Lytham has a good network of transport to explore the area. Overall would highly recommend!!

Chantelle met us at the property which was really nice. Parking was an issue. We had to park on the car park behind the apartment. We later found out that it was free from the day after to park for Christmas which was good. The apartment was freezing on arrival the weekend was minus all weekend. With this in mind we think the heating should have been on in advance. It took hours to warm up. Beds were very comfy. Kitchen, lounge and bathroom were spotless.

Availability for parking and very cold.
