Just a couple of minutes walk to the sea front and to lots of great places for evening meals. Totally secure parking for the car. Sidmouth is a wonderful holiday destination.

Funny old lift that took a bit of getting used to. It did always work when I remembered how to close up the doors.

We felt completely comfortable and at home in the apartment. Great with the safe under cover parking.

The outside areas and windows were very dirty ,mass bird excreta which was very smelly and to access you had to walk through to enter the building from the street entrance .It was necessary to change footwear on entering the property The external windows were dirty ,again bird excreta, Most unpleasant

Fabulous apartment, right in heart of Sidmouth. Decor is quirky and very comfortable. Bed was comfy and the kitchen well equipped.

Could do with a few breakfast bowls.

Location was excellent, close to sea front, with bonus of secure parking space
